About Yoga Wellness Day

This Day Retreat is all about “Connection”. We have a variety of teachers combining Yoga, Meditation, Nature, Food and a Presentation/Discussion around our theme of “Self-Care” during this pandemic.

Our theme of Self-Care will focus and enable you to nourish yourself from the inside out while helping to restore a sense of calm and wellbeing,

We’ll start the day with a nice long stretch and some energizing yoga, led by the wonderful Geraldine O’ Neill  (Urban Yogi). Cliona O’ Hanlon (Therapeutic Life Coach) will lead both the “Discussion section” and the “guided meditation” and in between, we will cook some tasty healthy food and have some time outside in Nature.

09.30am: Meet & Greet

10.00am: Energising Yoga

11.00am:  Break

11.15am:   Presentation / Discussion continuing on our theme of “Self – Care”

12.15pm:  Prepare and Enjoy your healthy lunch (Recipes are sent via email)

1.15pm:    Nature

3.15pm:    Deep Relaxation Meditation

4.15pm:    Finish


Geraldine O’ Neill will be teaching the “Energising Yoga” segment.
Cliona O’ Hanlon will be leading the “Discussion”  and the “Guilded Meditation” segment.



This is an online "Zoom" Retreat.

This is an online virtual event, through "Zoom". This Yoga Wellness Day is suitable for all levels of Yoga Experience. Tickets are non- refundable and non transferable. Recipes will be sent via email to participants upon booking.
