About Yoga Wellness Day
During this uncertain time, we at Wild Atlantic Yoga have come to understand the importance of ‘Connection’ We are bringing together teachers from both sides of the Atlantic to offer you an Online Yoga Wellness Day Retreat focused on the theme of ‘Self-Care’. We combine Yoga, Meditation, Nature, Food along with a Presentation/Discussion with suggestions as to how you can keep yourself safe during this pandemic.
Our day together begins with an energising yoga class, allowing us to come back to the body. The Presentation/Discussion focuses on the theme of ‘Self-Care’ outlining steps that you can take to prioritise self-care in your daily life. Next, there is an opportunity to prepare a healthy and nourishing meal (we’ll send you recipes!), and to spend some time in nature. Our half-day retreat concludes with a Relaxing Yoga class, and a guided Deep Relaxation Meditation.
Three beautiful teachers, an Irish Host Yoga Teacher, together with two American Yoga Teachers are coming together to offer you this chance to nourish yourself from the inside out. We are here to support you in restoring a sense of calm and wellbeing within yourself.
9.00am: Meet & Greet. Herbal tea with energy balls/raw chocolate treats.
9.30am: Energising Yoga
10.20am: Presentation / Discussion continuing on our theme of “Self – Care”
11.05am: Prepare and Enjoy your healthy brunch (Recipes are sent via email), followed by some time in Nature.
11.55am: Relaxing Yoga
12.40pm: Deep Relaxation Meditation

This is an online virtual event, through "Zoom" This Day Retreat is suitable for all levels of Yoga Experience. Tickets are non- refundable and non transferable. Participants download recipes upon booking.
