Amy has been practicing yoga for 7 years and became a 200-hour Vinyasa RYT through Green Lotus Yoga under the incomparable teachings of one of her biggest influences, Carol Murphy. She has just completed a 500-hour RYT – having continued a further 300 hours with Green Lotus Yoga. Amy has also completed many CPDs, including Josh Summers Yin Yoga, with the most recent CPD, led by Menchu Hernandez, training her as a yoga therapist.
Amy believes the practice and teachings of yoga allow us to contribute to the greater good by providing us deeper resources of presence, compassion, and inner healing.
Arrive & settle in at 5 pm with herbal tea and snacks.
Yoga (nice long stretch) 90mins.
3 Course Vegetarian Meal.
Meditation & Relaxation after dinner.
Morning Walk: 30mins (optional) followed by light breakfast
Flow4life Yoga practice: 90mins.
Long Lazy Brunch followed by free time to wander.
Late Afternoon: Restorative Yoga 90mins followed by dinner (3 courses)
Evening: Meditation & Yoga Nidra
Morning Walk 30mins (optional) followed by light breakfast
Vinyassa Flow Yoga practice: 90mins.
Long lazy Brunch and Goodbye’s.
Yoga is suitable for all levels. There will be free time after brunch on Saturday a chance for a walk along the Wild Atlantic Way, a trip into Kinsale town or simply read a book! This is a deeply relaxing weekend.
