 About Deirdre

Through Yoga, Deirdre developed a different approach to life and the space to
calm her mind and deal with stress in a more positive and constructive way.
Yoga has gave her physical benefits such as increased strength, better
flexibility and greater stability. She now understands, that when we make the time
to be still, the chaos of life dissipates.
Deirdre loves teaching Yoga, meeting new people and watching them grow on their journey.

 About Yoga Wellness Day (max 6 people)

9.30am:     Arrive and have some herbal tea with energy balls/raw chocolate treats.

9.50am:     Energising Flow Yoga Class

11.20am:    Brunch, fruit pot with yogurt, granola, brown scones and hot drinks.

12.00pm:   Walk along the wonderful Wild Atlantic Way

1.30pm:     Relaxing Yoga

2.45pm:     Light lunch plus dessert

3.30pm:    Deep Relaxation Meditation

4.00pm     Depart

This Day Retreat is suitable for all levels of Yoga Experience. It’s a live retreat.
