About Yoga Wellness Day

This Day Retreat is all about “Connection”. We have a variety of teachers combining Yoga, Meditation, Nature, Food and a Presentation/Discussion around our theme of “Self-Care” during this pandemic.

Our theme of Self-Care will focus and enable you to nourish yourself from the inside out while helping to restore a sense of calm and wellbeing,

We’ll start the day with a nice long stretch and some energizing yoga, finish with a deeply relaxing guided meditation and in between, we will cook some tasty healthy food and have some time outside in Nature.

We have 3 beautiful teachers, the Irish host teacher and two American yoga teachers. Each leading different parts of this 1/2 day retreat.

Scheduled Offerings

9.00am:     Meet & Greet. Herbal tea with energy balls (Recipes are sent via email)

9.30am:     Energising Yoga

10.15am:   Break

10.20am:   Presentation / Discussion continuing on our theme of “Self – Care”

11.05am:   Prepare and Enjoy your healthy brunch (Participants download recipes upon booking), followed by some time in Nature

11.55pm:   Relaxing Yoga

12.40pm:  Deep Relaxation Meditation

1pm:           Finish

This is an online virtual event, through "Zoom". This Yoga Wellness Day is suitable for all levels of Yoga Experience. Tickets are non- refundable and non transferable. Participants download recipes upon booking.
