 About Olivia

With a background in hospital and community pharmacy, Olivia brings an in-depth knowledge of the challenges faced by people living with health issues to her yoga teaching. She is passionate about addressing the disconnect between lifestyle and health, and finding a balance between mainstream medicine and natural remedies. In addition to continuing her work and training as a pharmacist, Olivia has broadened her studies into Ashtanga-based Vinyasa, Pre-Natal Yoga, Yoga For Women, Restorative Yoga, and Yin Yoga. Her classes focus on techniques to encourage the nervous system into the state of ‘rest and digest’ where the body is allowed to return to a state of balance.

9.30am:     Arrive and have some herbal tea with energy balls/raw chocolate treats.

9.50am:     Energising Flow Yoga Class

11.20am:    Brunch, fruit pot with yogurt, granola, brown scones and hot drinks.

12.00pm:   Walk along the wonderful Wild Atlantic Way

1.30pm:     Relaxing Yoga

2.45pm:     Light lunch plus dessert

3.30pm:    Deep Relaxation Meditation

4.00pm     Depart

This Day Retreat is suitable for all levels of Yoga Experience.
