Pamela is a Yoga Teacher & Sports Massage Injury Therapist from Limerick. She spends the summer in Garretstown, near the Old Head of Kinsale. Her classes have a strong Anatomy base teaching Students Injury prevention through their own Body Awareness & awareness in their own Lifestyles. She’s passionate about teaching Yoga in a light hearted way in the Lotus Yoga Centre in Limerick, a mixture of Strengthening Structural Yoga Classes for the Back of the body & Knee rehabilitation classes, Yin Yoga classes, gentle long held Stretches for the Deep Myofascial Release & Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a combination of both Strengthening & Stretching. Also teaching Peri-Menopause Workshops, Post Natal & Pregnancy Yoga to support Women at different stages in their lives. All classes ending with Yoga Nidra for Deep Relaxation & Rejuvenation.
About Yoga Wellness Day (max 6 people)
9.30am: Arrive and have some herbal tea with energy balls/raw chocolate treats.
9.50am: Energising Flow Yoga Class
11.20am: Brunch, fruit pot with yogurt, granola, brown scones and hot drinks.
12.00pm: Walk along the wonderful Wild Atlantic Way
1.30pm: Relaxing Yoga
2.45pm: Light lunch plus dessert
3.30pm: Deep Relaxation Meditation
This Day Retreat is suitable for all levels of Yoga Experience. It’s a live retreat and not on zoom as per the info under the price.
