A weekend getaway to nourish body, mind & soul through energetic morning yoga, chilled out evening yin & restore sessions, meditation, relaxation, delicious wholesome food, laid back walks by the sea and deep sleep. The focus of this weekend retreat is to enable you to nourish yourself from the inside out to restore a sense of calm and wellbeing.

Yoga Offerings

Friday evening:
  • Gentle Hatha Yoga 90 mins, Meditation before Bedtime 20 mins.
Saturday morning:
  • Yoga Flow Class 75 mins.
Saturday mid morning,
  • Free time/ Activities.
Saturday late afternoon:
  • Gentle Restorative Yoga 60 mins
Saturday evening:
  • Relaxation / Meditation 30 mins.
Sunday morning:
  • Yoga Vinyasa Flow 90 mins
Light Breakfast,Brunch and Dinner are included throughout the weekend.
Suitable for all levels of Yoga Experience.
