Kate has been studying and practising yoga in its many forms for 16 years. She qualified as a Vinyasa Yoga instructor (RYT 200+) in 2012 with further Yin Yoga teacher training in 2016. She loves to explore all forms of yoga and get creative with her classes, fusing what she’s learned over the years from numerous teachers with her own style and mixing it into her classes in a fun, energetic , nourishing and nurturing way making it accessible for all bodies and all minds. As a lover of travel and exploration organising and facilitating yoga retreats in various locations feels to her such a natural progression.
Having an emotional time of it? Whether you’re stressed or excited or anxious or there’s just too much going on in the world for you to deal with, it’s never a bad time to indulge in a little weekend of TLC. After all, taking care of yourself makes you better able to handle challenges at work, be a better friend and family member, and give more of your positive energy to the world.
One of the best ways to indulge in self – care is a yoga weekend, where you can soak in those extra hours of alone time and use the daylight hours away from your desk to your advantage. Why not join us at Wild Atlantic Way Yoga in April, for a nourishing weekend of energising and restorative yoga, walks by the sea, and good nutritious food, with a lie in if you need it. You won’t regret it.
