About Mary Brandt

Mary started her practice in the fall of 2013 when she had many old injuries from playing sports including slipped discs in her neck that were causing a lot of pain. She fell in love with the fluid movements that vinyasa offered and the challenge that the inversions could give and was quickly hooked. Trained in vinyasa, hot yoga, yoga sculpt and restorative yoga as a 200 hr E-RYT. Mary’s strengths for teaching come from learning more about how to move with injury and her love of anatomy.
