Irish Yoga Holiday

Caroline Holmes

About Caroline

Caroline is originally from Dublin in Ireland.  She came to Canada in her late twenties with her husband and then, two children. In 2009, She began practicing yoga at the local yoga studio in her small town and was immediately drawn to the power of this ancient philosophy.  As an avid reader, she was fortunate to come across the work of Louise Hay and Caroline Myss and to learn of their message:

“We are all connected and have the power to change our thoughts and our world.”
After working on her own yoga practice for three years, in 2012, she made the choice to complete Yoga Teaching Training (YTT).  She moved into other modalities to enhance her teachings; Reiki Master, Emotional Freedom
Technique Practitioner, N.L.P. Practitioner and lastly, Clinical Hypnotherapist. Having been fortunate enough to have gained so much awareness and knowledge from many teachers over the years. She thrives on continuous learning and growth.  Today. She is able to give back to her community by sharing her knowledge and passion with others.
Caroline’s message.
I humbly bow to all the teachers in front of me daily and to all of my community.
I truly believe in the energy we create and that anything is possible!”
