With Marion Buechner
Marion is a 500h RYT certified yoga teacher and is also qualified in teaching yin yoga and meditation. She has been teaching yoga since 2014. Her classes are challenging and dynamic, but yet mindful with the focus on breath and body mind connection.
Yoga is for everyone. Providing an open, trusted and safe space for everyone to feel comfortable and being able to connect to themselves is essential to her.
Marion continues her study by attending various classes, workshops, trainings and being a student to this infinite topic of yoga. She is forever grateful to all her teachers who gave her the right tools to go deeper into her own practice and teachings.
Approaching the Spring season we will awaken and energise our body through a beautifully designed vinyasa flow sequence focusing on detoxifying twists and gentle backbends to open our heart promoting growth and creativity. Our yin and mediation practice will leave our mind and body calm, relaxed and our heart nourished – restoring overall equilibrium.
Throughout all classes we will use therapeutic graded essential oils to enhance your experience.
- Gentle vinyasa flow practice, ending with a sweet and nourishing yin practice and evening meditation
- Morning mediation/ pranayama followed by an energizing vinyasa flow practice
- Nourishing yin practice and evening meditation
- Morning meditation / pranayama, followed by a calming yin practice, moving slowly into the flowing and active part of the practice
The weekend is suitable for all levels.
