Yoga Day Retreat

Kathryn has been teaching for the last 10 years and has been practicing yoga since 2004. She leads groups of all levels in workshops and on retreat. She has studied with reputable senior Yoga teachers and travels every year to train abroad in India or Europe. She is a trained Ayurvedic Life Consultant and undertook extensive study of Ayurveda philosophy & nutrition from an Ayurvedic perspective in Pune, in India. She has studied under senior Buddhist teachers from Tibet, UK & US and teaches yoga and meditation encouraging self enquiry.
About Day Retreat
9.30am: Arrive and have some herbal tea and an energy ball/flapjack.
10am: 2 hours of Meditative & Morning Vinyasa flow yoga practice
12pm: Brunch, fruit pot with yogurt, granola, brown scones and hot drinks.
12.45pm: Walk along the wonderful Wild Atlantic Way.
2pm: Meditation & Restorative Yoga practice.
3pm: Light lunch, ie vegetarian Pizza plus salad, cake and tea/coffee.
3.45pm: Yoga Nidra (total blissful relaxation).
This Day Retreat is suitable for all levels of Yoga Experience. Tickets are non- refundable.
